123 Pray LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes our "Privacy-by-Design" approach for the 123 Pray mobile application.

PRIVACY FIRST SUMMARY: > Your spiritual data stays on your device. We do not require accounts, emails, or phone numbers. We don't track you, we don't sell your data, and we don't have a "cloud" where your prayers are stored. Your prayers are between you and God.

1. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

We have intentionally designed the App to avoid the collection of personal information:

No Identity Data: We do not collect your legal name, email, address, or phone number.
No Cloud Prayer Logs: Your history of prayers and reflections is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
No Contact/Location Scraping: We do not access your phone’s contacts, text messages, or GPS location.
No Analytics Tracking: We do not use third-party tracking services to log your in-app behavior.

2. INFORMATION WE PROCESS

To provide the service, we process the following limited data:

A. Local Storage (Device-Only) The following data is stored exclusively on your physical device using AES-256 encryption. We have no access to this data:

Nickname/Name: Used to personalize your experience.
Prayer Statistics & Streaks: Tracks your spiritual journey to motivate daily practice.
App Preferences: Your specific settings (e.g., haptic feedback, volume).

B. Technical Metadata (Service Delivery) When you use the App, our infrastructure pings our servers to fetch audio/text. We process the minimum technical data necessary to deliver this content:

IP Address: Processed briefly in memory to route content; not logged or stored.
Anonymous Tokens: A random, non-identifiable token is used for rate limiting to prevent API abuse.
Operating System: To ensure the Flutter framework renders correctly for iOS or Android.

3. THIRD-PARTY DATA FLOWS

To function, the App utilizes these secure "Data Processors":

Supabase: Delivers the prayer text from our database to your screen via HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption.
ElevenLabs: Converts prayer text into AI-generated audio for your device.
Apple/Google: Process payments for any optional features. We never see your credit card or financial details.

4. DATA SECURITY & THE "UNINSTALL" RULE

User Responsibility: Because your data is local, you are responsible for the physical security of your device.
No Recovery: We cannot "reset" your account or recover your prayer history if you lose your phone.
Immediate Deletion: To wipe all data associated with 123 Pray, simply uninstall the App or select Settings > Data > Clear All Data.

5. CALIFORNIA (CCPA) & GLOBAL COMPLIANCE

"Do Not Sell or Share": We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. There is no personal data to sell.
Right to Know/Delete: Since we do not store your identity, we cannot verify your identity to fulfill a "Request to Know." Your right to delete is fully exercised by you through the uninstallation of the App.
Opt-Out Honored: By design, the App operates as if you have already opted out of all tracking.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

123 Pray is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. We utilize App Store age-rating signals to ensure appropriate distribution.
